Mr and Mrs S from County Durham required a straight forward low maintenance paving solution. Mrs. S chose the deep red as it worked so well with the house itself, we then agreed that it would be a good idea to break up the monotony with a different pattern for the patio. A Cheshire cobble was chosen for the front , it is a classic pattern and lends itself to the modern house. The Grand Ashlar was agreed on for the patio because of it's ability to cope with patio furniture, being a reasonably flat finish. Channel drainage was then fitted all around the conservatory to cope with water that used to collect.
